Steve Thomas, Member of Steve Thomas Custom Homes, began his homebuilding career in the early 90’s after serving with the St. Charles Police Department and in the Air National Guard as an “F-15” fighter pilot. Steve has since established an outstanding reputation with over 30 years in the homebuilding industry.
The quality and design Steve puts into his homes has been recognized by the home building industry for years. Steve is proud to have received the Homebuilder Association of Great St. Louis “Homer Award” for design, Display Home of the Year Award and the Professional Choice Award for quality of construction. The later award is based on the inspections and options of industry professionals such as licensed home inspectors.
